Everyone longs for a healthy family. Family School is discipleship-based equipping for every family in any condition to learn, heal, connect, and grow together. It’s a safe place for all families to be equipped and empowered to do family as God designed. Using biblical truth, principles of emotional intelligence, a coach approach to family, and teaching within small groups, families can build a thriving family culture where love, trust, fun, and purpose abound.
We define family discipleship as the process of intentionally embodying God’s character
in our families in a way that equips our children to do the same for generations to come.
Whoever wins the family wins the culture in the end.
WHY YOU SHOULD START FAMILY SCHOOL AT YOUR CHURCH
REDUCES STAFF EXHAUSTION AND OVERLOAD
Family School alleviates staff exhaustion and overload by offering a structured approach to discipling families. It was specifically designed to help distribute the equipping and leadership responsibilities that often weigh heavily on church staff. Empowered volunteers can effectively step into this role (2 Peter 1:3).
GENERATES SERVICE OPPORTUNITIES
The discipleship needs within Family School create numerous opportunities for service
within the church community. Leader couples are called to support and care for others during times of marital, parenting, and family struggles (1 John 3:18). Additionally, these leaders often experience personal growth and strengthening in their own families through serving.
FAMILIES ARE UNDER ATTACK AND GOD CALLED YOU TO HELP
You face the challenges families have every day with them and as their pastor, you’ve
been called to equip them (Ephesians. 4:13). We believe that the best reason to do anything is in obedience to the leading of The Lord. If God is asking you to better equip families, Family School may be a part of your “yes” in response.
FOSTERS AUTHENTICITY WITHIN YOUR CHURCH
Honest, vulnerable conversations foster authenticity within your church. The openness cultivated in Family School small groups often inspires participants to embrace transparency. Many families complete the program cherishing the freedom of being fully known and choosing to abandon pretense in their church life (Proverbs 28:13).
BECOMES AN ALTERNATIVE ENTRY POINT TO CHRIST
Family School serves as an alternative entry point for people seeking a relationship with
Christ. Family struggles can lead those—who might not initially consider attending church—to engage in Family School, where they encounter the transformative message of the gospel (Matthew 11:28).

Healthy families are foundational for strong churches, strong businesses and strong
communities (Proverbs 24:3 TPT).
FACILITATES DISCIPLESHIP
With its structured format, Family School creates a powerful platform for discipleship. The curriculum brings practical tools for instilling the character and nature of God in the context of family, often leading participants to experience God’s love as they do family as He designed.

Whoever wins the family wins the culture. Outside-in transformation isn’t effective and doesn’t last. Inside-out transformation (Romans 12:2) works and endures. It also takes time, intentionality, God’s wisdom, and a practical set of tools. Family School provides you with a proven way to transform individuals, families and everything that flows downstream from the family - businesses, communities, education, government, etc.
