Tribe
A community for families committed to transformation. The Tribe provides encouragement, accountability, and connection with others on the same journey. Tribe can be at a local church or online with others from across the country and world.
Includes: Monthly community calls, practical family tools, exclusive video teaching, events and gatherings, and friendship.
TRANSFORM
Coaches
Our certified Family Coaches are dedicated to helping families build a safe, supportive, loving, and fun culture—just as God designed. Whether your family is seeking healing, growth, or transformation, our coaches provide the guidance and tools to navigate your journey. A certified Coach may lead the Family School in their local church.
Includes: Comprehensive training and coaching best practices, hands-on experience, ongoing development, and a supportive community.

MEET THE TEAM
Dr. Randall Bixby and Lesli Lamb-Bixby - Founders
Randy and Lesli are passionate about restoring biblical family structures and equipping leaders to disciple families effectively. Their vision is to see homes become strongholds of faith and families walk in God’s original design.

They are seasoned speakers, trainers, and ICF-certified executive coaches with decades of experience in ministry, business, and leadership. Randy holds a Doctorate in Leadership and Cultural Transformation and has served as a pastor, missionary, entrepreneur, and legislative chaplain, while Lesli’s background includes 30 years as a commercial insurance program developer, realtor and small business owner. Together, they co-host the podcast Transforming Families with Randy and Lesli and co-founded multiple organizations, including Cultural Architects, The Family Institute for Cultural Transformation, The Family Reformation Project, and KHOPAZ: Kingdom House of Prayer Arizona. They live in Surprise, AZ, sharing five children and 13 grandchildren.

They are also available for speaking engagements on family discipleship, biblical leadership, and cultural transformation.
Adam and Laureen Sherwood
Business & Strategy
Adam and Laureen, married in 2020, are dedicated to helping families build Kingdom legacies. After experiencing the loss of their first son, Liam, and the birth of their rainbow baby, Luke, they aim to break unbiblical generational ties and create healthy family legacies for future generations.
Garrett and Destiny Bixby
Family & Client Services
Garrett, a Family Coach and worship leader, and Destiny, a full-time missionary with FRP, are dedicated to helping families heal, grow, and thrive. With a passion for God's design, they bring creativity, support, and transformational love to every family they work with.
